How are the teams formed?

Teams are formed based on school graduation year. I.e. if your child graduates high school in 2033, they will be on the 3rd grade team for the 2024 season.

Do kids need to try out to play?

Our goal is to support kids of different levels to learn to play and love lacrosse.  There are no mandatory tryouts.  At the younger grade level (Boys 1-5 and Girls 1-6), kids play on their grade level team.  If the numbers warrant it, we will hold evaluations run by unbiased evaluators for boys grade 6-8 and girls grade 7-8 to create A/B/C teams.
